offline files and selective sync
I would like to see the ability to mark files and folders for local or offline storage. Currently box drive allows for only the folder to be marked offline or downloaded locally. When I don't need to have a file downloaded anymore there is not a way for me to mark them offline. I have tried marking the folder offline but that doesn't work to make the files I want offline. Dynamic notification feature in Relay
In Relay notifications, it's currently only possible to include a pre-set static message. We'd like to have the ability to include dynamic settings that incorporate pre-trigger information such as the target file name.

Box Sign to provide multiple languages in the application
For Sign to provide multiple languages natively in the application, rather that having to use a translator to send multi-language requests.
This would help in international markets where specifics languages are being used and require the form to be run through a translator.

The ability to choose any folder to save recordings via Box app for Zoom
The current integration does not support requirements that users usually want to accomplish. To be specific, it would be great if a user could select a desired folder to save recordings not fixed "My Zoom Recordings". Customers want to save a recording automatically and share it in a folder where other users are already collaborated. But if you can only save in "My Zoom Recordings", you need to invite users on a recording file or move it to a shared folder every time.

Checking user activity or insight user's usage easier
Hi,
It would be great if it could be displayed with one click from who's iPad usage, Box admin console, or dashboard.And also would be great if there was an option to delete from the trash(eternity deletion) can when checking the operation items in the user activity report.

Zoom video recordings archival into Box under closed folder structure.
We would like to have the integration to be able to pull Zoom meeting recording from Zoom and store in Box not only open folder structure but also closed folder structure.

Send deleted Relay workflow to trash
Right now, if the workflow is deleted we cannot get it back.

Need to see a setting button added to the Box Mobile shooting mode screen to "select photo quality"
When capturing photos directly for inclusion in Box Notes, the high camera performance of the iPhone results in large file sizes for each individual photo.
As a consequence, it takes a considerable amount of time for photo to be displayed(uploaded) within the Box Notes.To address this issue, I would appreciate it if the option to "select photo quality" could be extended to the camera capture mode as well.
Currently, the option to "select photo quality" is available only in the continuous capture mode.

Speech-to-text can be used to "read" the audio of the video. Box AI can then answer questions bsaed on that text.

zip file decompression function
Zip files cannot currently be unzipped in Box.
We would like to add additional functionality because it would reduce the risk of virus infection and improve user convenience by allowing users to unzip Zip files in Box without downloading them.

Replace the Last Login on the User Details report with Last Activity. It is very misleading to have Last Login, most people will assume this means if the last login was over a year ago, they aren't active.

Allow End Users to run a Collaborations Report for Content they Own
As organizations scale, IT Admins may want to enable end users to manage their own content and who has access to this content. Users being able to run a collaborations report and/or a folder and files report on content that they own is important for enabling users to manage their own content collabs so that these responsibilities can be distributed, and don't necessarily fall solely on the admin and security teams who manage Box to audit content and associated collaborations. Recycle bin restoration
I would like it to be possible to check where the data will be restored when restoring it from the Recycle Bin.
Also, I think it would be more convenient if you could change the restore destination and name when restoring.

PDF & PNG Export for Canvas
When finalizing a session using visual collaboration, it's often required to export the end product to be able to share with non-Box users, and possibly to upload as attachment to other applications. A PDF (possibly PNG) export feature would be great additions.

For the Box search API, return of queried total_count results is documented and supported.
Confirmed total_count is currently not a feature of Box Metadata Query API and anticipating for inclusion of this feature.
